Bookings
All bookings are provisional until confirmed by us in writing. We do not automatically accept bookings and may decline a booking if it is not suitable for your dog or our carers.
Meet & greet
Every new client receives a complimentary meet and greet before any service is booked, so we can assess suitability and answer your questions.
Vaccinations, flea & worming
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, flea and worming treatment for daycare, home boarding and group walks. Proof may be requested.
Health & behaviour disclosure
You agree to disclose all relevant medical and behavioural information about your dog, including bite history, reactivity and resource guarding. Withholding this information may result in cancellation without refund.
Veterinary emergencies
In an emergency we will contact you and your registered veterinary practice. Where you cannot be reached, we will act in your dog’s best interests, and reasonable veterinary costs remain your responsibility.
Cancellations & deposits
Deposits may be required to secure overnight and peak-period bookings and can be non-refundable. Full cancellation terms are provided with your booking confirmation.
Public holidays & peak periods
Weekend, public-holiday, Christmas and New Year rates may apply and will be quoted separately.
Insurance
Wag & Wharf carries full public liability insurance. This does not remove your responsibility as the dog’s owner.
Home boarding
Home boarding is subject to assessment, availability and applicable licensing requirements. Dogs are matched with carers according to temperament, routine and social compatibility — never simply on availability.
Payment
Payment terms are shared with your booking confirmation. Late payment may pause future bookings.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.
