- Booking dates, requested services and internal notes

How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, plan appropriate care, arrange bookings, invoice for services and communicate with you about your dog. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We only share information with carers or veterinary professionals where it is necessary for your dog’s care, and with service providers that help us run the business (for example email, hosting or scheduling tools).
Retention
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and insurance obligations, then delete it securely.

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
